3. Physical Products

Ownership Transfer: Ownership of a physical product transfers to you upon delivery, provided full payment has been received.

Shipping: We aim to ship your order within the timeframe stated on the product page. Delays may occur, and omlora.com is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Return Policy for Physical Products: You may return physical products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Note: Digital products cannot be returned once the download has started or access has been granted.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Price: The price of the Product is displayed on the website or sales page at the time of purchase.

Physical Products: Customers have the right to return physical products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
